How do set up an SOS Alert?
1. Click on the Rules Trigger icon
2. Click on the Add Rule Trigger button
3. Fill in the settings for the trigger
4. Select and edit your Rules Actions / Alerts
5. Add more rules actions if needed. When done click Save rule
6. Confirmation message
